How can I train to block in the fight against video games?

Basically, I like fighting games and I was good with numbers very small. I go to a weapons Blazin 'and rarely block. This applies to boxing games, the new UFC game, the older MK games, etc. It's almost as if I trained for never stop and it hurts the enjoyment that is inevitable. How can I correct this situation and continue with it? I'm up for any information. Even the most obvious.

This may sound strange, but … Try to go in easy mode all the time and block an enemy attack.
